Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Cardure, we work with trusted courier partners such as DHL, Leopard Courier, TCS, and other premium services to ensure your luxury metal card is delivered securely. Since our cards are fully customised, Cash on Delivery is not available.

Orders take approximately 1 week to deliver, which includes 3 days for processing. Once your order is confirmed, you must deposit 3000 PKR as an advance and send us a screenshot on WhatsApp to start your project. After your card is designed, we’ll share images and videos for your approval. The remaining payment must be made before dispatch.

Please note: Once the design process begins, 3000 PKR is non-refundable if you choose to cancel.
